In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account with jl9797, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion request, whether initiated through jl9797 or through PAGCOR's responsible gaming program;
• You have not been previously banned or had an account suspended on the jl9797 Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. jl9797 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity at any time. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account with jl9797. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by jl9797 will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at jl9797's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl9797 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl9797 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

All activity conducted through your jl9797 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by the registered account holder. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify jl9797's support team immediately via in-app live chat.

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jl9797 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period, as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified by SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

jl9797 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jl9797 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

jl9797 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jl9797 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl9797 does not impose a maximum deposit limit on the Platform; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly for GCash and PayMaya, and within 10–30 minutes for bank transfers. jl9797 does not charge fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 banking hours. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Clause 3.4.

jl9797 complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. jl9797 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or report any transaction that it has reason to believe is connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity. Players whose accounts are under AML review may have withdrawals suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotions offered by jl9797 are governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds credited to your jl9797 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirement completion. Free spin winnings are subject to separate wagering terms as stated in each offer.

jl9797 monitors all account activity for signs of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk bets specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal gambling exposure; systematic use of the same strategy across multiple accounts; and any use of automated tools or scripts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited without prior notice.

All bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry dates specified in their respective promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that have passed their expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Each game available on the jl9797 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between game display and jl9797's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for all settlement purposes.

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results determined by the applicable game system — RNG for digital table games and slots, live studio equipment for live dealer games, and official published results for sports events. jl9797 reserves the right to void or cancel bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or events of force majeure.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including network interruption, server error, or software failure — jl9797 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. jl9797 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical events. "Void" bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within each game's interface. jl9797 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice. High-value wagers may be subject to additional manual review prior to settlement, particularly on live sports events and progressive jackpot games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl9797 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all funds subject to forfeiture, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using any software, tool, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes without immediate notification to jl9797 support;
• Colluding with other players or dealers in any live game;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
• Sharing account access or placing bets on behalf of another person;
• Registering multiple accounts or using falsified identity information;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, game manipulation, or sports event manipulation;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Platform's software or security systems.

All RNG-based games on jl9797 use independently certified Random Number Generators verified by third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment in certified studios subject to independent monitoring. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages.

jl9797 provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per period;

jl9797 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that your jl9797 account is logged out and not accessible to them. If jl9797 has reason to believe that a minor has accessed or used an account, that account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any funds deposited may be subject to regulatory reporting.

jl9797 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — and jl9797's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl9797 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement bodies as required by law. jl9797 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All content on the jl9797 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and structural design — is the property of jl9797 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl9797 Platform without prior written permission from jl9797. Unauthorized use of jl9797's intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

The jl9797 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl9797 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. jl9797 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jl9797 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including without limitation losses arising from missed bets due to technical downtime, network interruptions, delayed payment processing, or third-party payment provider failures.

Where jl9797's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jl9797's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount of your deposited funds that were directly at issue in the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by jl9797's gross negligence, or fraud.

jl9797 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if jl9797 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) the player's identity, age, or eligibility cannot be verified; or (d) the account is subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory prohibition.

Upon account termination, jl9797 will process a withdrawal of any verified real money balance within 30 business days, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination. If the termination is due to a breach of these Terms, jl9797 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.

You may request closure of your jl9797 account at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 30 business days of account closure confirmation.

Any complaint or dispute relating to your jl9797 account, a game outcome, a payment, or the application of these Terms must first be submitted to jl9797's support team via in-app live chat. jl9797 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavor to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through jl9797's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl9797 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the escalation process described in Clause 13.1.

jl9797 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the jl9797 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the effective date of the change.
